The same pair of cars that met in last year's RJ Enterprises/VP Fuels Canada West Doorslammers season opening final went at it again today with a near identical result. Jason Mercer, at the wheel of the DTT Cavalier (Substituting for regular driver Stefan Kondolay), drove to victory over Mike Bedsworth - who was the number one qualifier with a personal best 7.186/190.19.

It was a big day for the Rachel family of Surrey as father Martin won Super Pro while son Brandon emerged victorious in Jr. Dragster. Langley driver, Ken Orser, won the Lordco Super Combo class and was runner up in Super Pro.

In Pro another Langley driver, Corey Ferguson doubled up on the weekend with wins in Pro Saturday and again Sunday.

And in BC Super Shifter, Will Zoric (from Langley) ended a 12 year drought with his first win in the class he's run since it's inception, and in Motorcycle the same two met for the third time this season, the second time this weekend with Miles Hauer and Kevin Brennan splitting the weekend take.
